plants. The large palm thatched palapa roof covers the hotel's common
area. Guests can enjoy the lounge area and lending library together. The
Restaurant serves a Mexican buffet breakfast every morning.
 The hotel is
conveniently located on a quiet section of Playa del Carmen's famous Quinta
Avenida (5th avenue )pedestrian shopping street. All upper story rooms have
ocean views, and the beach is a 2 minute walk down a quiet path.
The Hotel is owned and run by a family living right in Playa del
Carmen, Mexico. The owners are on the premises daily and add their personal
touch while managing the hotel. . Several two room suites with a king and two
double beds are available to accommodate larger family groups. A shallow,
scalloped shaped pool is connected to the main pool for children to enjoy.

Hotel's 23 spacious rooms are tastefully furnished in a tropical Mexican style,
with talavera tile and local hardwood accents. Each bed has a unique,
understated mosaic featuring plants and wildlife of the region's jungles.
The fixtures in the hotel are new and modern. Every room is

 The
first floor rooms open onto the beautiful swimming pool and the rooms

shaded by palm thatched palapas.
The Hotel charges the same price for all the hotel rooms,
so room selections are available on a first come first served basis.

Several of the guest rooms can be connected to form two
room suites. Two suites with larger balconies and a direct ocean view are
